About us
Novae Res – Innovative Publisher was set up in August, 2007 by Wojciech Gustowski and Krzysztof Szymański who won the 5th edition of Gdynia Businessplan contest with their project Novae Res. Since its founding, the publisher has been a partner of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia where its office is based.
The name ‘Novae Res’ is meant to symbolise the incoming publishing revolution and thus is intended to define the character of the publisher, the aim of which is to combine tradition with modernity for the sake of the Polish book and readership. The word ‘innovative’ in the name symbolises our pioneering approach to the book as a product – we do not acquire best-selling licenses, but rather focus on promoting talented debutants.

We do not publish poetry.
Publishing your works with us, you can be certain that your opus will be professionally proofread and edited. We do not use ‘templates’ when working on books. The overall form of the book depends on its content.
Today’s publishing market, however, not only requires the high quality of the book but also equally good promotion. Works published by us are adequately promoted by means of a number of marketing tools and public relations. After all, even the best work will not be noticed if the readers do not know about it. Therefore, dynamic distribution and a variety of marketing tools adjusted to the content of the book are crucial.
